Specialising in small cap LBO transactions, Actem Partners manages [venture capital companies] FCPR raised with Natixis Private Equity, the Banque Populaire group, and with third party French and foreign institutional investors.
Actem targets companies operating in high added value businesses, holding strong positions in their markets, generally with turnover of between €10m and €100m and valued between €5m and €50m.
Actem Partners invests at times of change of ownership or reorganisation of companies’ shareholder bases, alongside experienced and committed managers with ambitious business projects.
As a subsidiary of Natixis Private Equity, Actem Partners enjoys the active support of the group, notably in co-investment and for developing its holdings internationally.
